The laboratory is located within the research building (Forschungshaus Forum 4 / Westring 3) of the Charité, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK).

The laboratory offers molecular genetic analysis for patients with a wide spectrum of genetic disorders. If you wish to send a sample for genetic analysis, please contact the institute.

Please send  3-5  ml EDTA or citrate whole blood, or DNA; if you wish to send other types of samples, please contact us beforehand. For MLPA diagnostics (e.g. Sotos Syndrome) an EDTA whole blood sample is necessary.
